Allocated vs Unallocated Team Time

The time dashboard located in "Team Time" and "My Time" give you an option to quickly see how much total time is collected vs how much time is allocated to a project.

The view is broken down by day and by team member.

 

This feature is available to those using the V21 version and later versions.

 

1. Go to Team Time
2. Select a date range from the Calendar button
3. Click Show unallocated time in orange if not checked
4. Each cell represents a day and a team member. The time in purple is the total time for the team member and day, the time in orange is the total unallocated time for the team member and day
