All users and team admins can get an email notification if no data was tracked on their devices for more than two consecutive days.
This feature is available to users on the V21 version.
Turn on missing data notification
- Go to Settings
- Check Notify me by email if no data is tracked for more than 48 hours on a weekday.
- Click 'Save new Setting'
Once turned on, Chrometa will send you an email when no data is being tracked for your account (on all devices) for more than 48 hours on a weekday.
To stop receiving the notifications:
- Go to Settings
- Uncheck Notify me by email if no data is tracked for more than 48 hours on a weekday.
- Click 'Save new Setting'
