Automated Overtime Alerts
Chrometa automatically sends notifications to users and admins when overtime thresholds are approached or exceeded. This feature is designed to give you advance notice to manage workload and billing rates effectively.
First Warning Notification
When a user is approaching the first threshold, both the user and admin will receive an email or app notification.
This alert allows you to take action to avoid overtime or adjust workload.
Second Warning Notification
If a user reaches the second threshold, a second warning is sent to both parties.
This alert indicates that overtime has been reached, enabling you to adjust billing rates or overtime pay accordingly.
Managing Overtime
When you receive an overtime notification, you can:
Reassign Tasks
If appropriate, reassign tasks to other team members to prevent overtime.
Adjust Billing Rates
Ensure correct billing rates are applied when overtime occurs.
Review Workload
Use the time tracking data to analyze user workloads and adjust as needed to prevent excessive overtime.
