Exclude an application from being tracked
If you want to exclude an application from being tracked (Firefox web browser for e.g.), you need to update your settings.
Go to Settings:
- Check the box that says: "Do not track documents/websites/apps/emails containing the following keywords"
- Enter the name of your application: chrome for Chrome, firefox for Firefox, edge for MSEdge..., all names are case insensitive.
- You can enter multiple app names, separated by a comma, for example: chrome, itunes
- Click "Save new settings"
All activity related to the app (for example browsing the web on Chrome) will be excluded from tracking.
This feature is available to users using the V21 version.
Re-enable tracking for an app
If you want to include an application in the list of tracked apps, you need to update your settings.
Go to Settings:
- Check the box that says: "Do not track documents/websites/apps/emails containing the following keywords"
- Remove the name of your application: chrome for Chrome, firefox for Firefox, edge for MSEdge..., all names are case insensitive
- Click "Save new settings"
All activity related to the app (for example browsing the web on Chrome) in now tracked
Reset Settings
To go back to the original behavior (all apps are tracked)
Go to Settings:
- Uncheck the box that says: "Do not track documents/websites/apps/emails containing the following keywords"
- Click "Save new settings"
